Dedicated time together as a team 😍 Fantastic two days in Birmingham with the Five and Co family. It has made me reflect - what is it that makes these times together as a team really helpful and productive? For me, this time felt significant for us as a group. There was an energy and focus that gave us forward momentum - it started with a well thought out agenda and good preparation, we made sure we were having critical conversations, focussed on the right things that will help us to do well. Every team member contributed and their was some really healthy conflict - we disagreed on quite a lot! But the camaraderie and social cohesion was really strong. I felt very safe to share my perspective. Our values flowed through our conversations - Be bold, be real, keep it simple. Our conversations were ambitious but we never ended without knowing what we need to do next. We had fun together and deepened our relationships - continuing to build our understanding of how we get the best and support each other really well. I have returned really motivated for the next few months! I would genuinely love to hear what it is that makes dedicated time together with your team important?
