What is the business case of ending life on earth? this was the question Ray Anderson, the founder of @Interface, asked decades ago. Since then we traveled a long journey of innovation and transformation. This year we @Interface celebrate our 50th anniversary and we look back whilst keep an eye on the future: ·  we are a certified carbon neutral enterprise ·  we have launched our first carbon negative carpet tile in 2019 ·  our emission reduction targets are validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) ·  we have set our ambitious target to become carbon negative by 2040. For our achievements and our bold mission we have been awarded in 2020 with the UN Global Action Award and recognized in 2023 by TIME magazine to be one of the 100 most influential companies worldwide. We’ve been reflecting on the lessons learned during the past 5 decades—from making the business case for sustainability to how we engage with employees and customers. @Liz Minne shared our most important lessons in @Sustainable Brands for others who want to set out on a similar path.
