Homes for America is excited to announce a major milestone for the Elizabeth Cornish Landing (ECL) community in Bridgeville, DE. We've been awarded 9% competitive tax credits for the proposed rehabilitation of the community, marking our first project with the Delaware State Housing Authority. In total, the project will rehabilitate all 62 units, providing a fresh start for the residents and the community. Our plan includes a complete overhaul of the community spaces, introducing new amenities such as charging stations, a fitness center, a community garden, and potentially a dog park. This accomplishment wouldn't have been possible without the incredible contributions of our team and partners.
