This latest phase of The Flats added 52 affordable apartments to the neighborhood - making a significant impact on the lives of the individuals and families who found a place to call home here. Today was the official ribbon cutting for The Flats Phase IV! We had representatives from the Todmorden Foundation, Delaware State Housing Authority, HDC MidAtlantic, Matthew Meyer, and Christopher Coons in attendance!
