The Friday Failure: Water, water everywhere We are very familiar with the functions of a house – and each room has a specific purpose. Sometimes there’s a hybrid where the lounge and dining room are merged – or at least flow into each other The kitchen serves only one purpose as does the shower – or does it? A shower is the simplest thing – two taps to control the temperature of water through a shower head. Somehow a builder contrived to put a basis in a shower which then (helpfully) has a drain hose that empties out – in to the shower itself Now why would you need a basin in a shower when you can wash with the shower water?

Ideally, the dish landing area should be situated adjacent to the kitchen to facilitate easy transfer of freshly prepared dishes. Space Allocation: 3. Allocate sufficient space for the dish landing area based on the size and capacity of the restaurant. It should be spacious enough to accommodate multiple dishes at once. Counter or Table: 4. Install a counter or a designated table as the landing area for dishes. Ensure it is sturdy and easy to clean. Heat Lamps or Warming Drawers: 5. Consider installing heat lamps or warming drawers above or below the dish landing area to keep dishes warm before they are served to customers.
