As #CancerImmunotherapyMonth comes to a close, we remain committed to discovering new approaches to cancer immunotherapy that open the door to potential novel treatments for patients in need. At Arcus, we have focused on building exceptional small molecule, medicinal chemistry and antibody capabilities to optimize the combinability of molecules within our portfolio. Learn from our President Juan Jaen and CMO Dimitry Nuyten about how we are targeting the #adenosineaxis to harness the body’s own immune system to attack and destroy #coloncancer: https://bit.ly/3VbWzJg

With the 2024 ASCO® Annual Meeting approaching at the end of the month, our experts are digging into the key theme of the congress. The theme of the meeting is "The Art and Science of Cancer Care: From Comfort to Cure.” The focus on antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) exemplifies the theme's "science" aspect, showcasing how ‘targeted’ chemotherapies are revolutionizing treatment. Meanwhile, the emphasis on early therapeutic intervention in cancer, applications of ctDNA highlight the "art" of addressing patient comfort and improving outcomes. At Labcorp, we're using flow cytometry testing to detect patient immune responses to CAR T-cell cancer therapy. Unlike traditional ELISA methods, this approach analyzes antibodies against the full CAR protein in its native membrane environment, providing a more valid immunogenicity assessment to support treatment safety and efficacy. March is #ColorectalCancerAwarenessMonth. Advanced BioDesign is dedicated to search for new therapeutics alternative to treat this cancer which is the third most prevalent cancer among men and the second in women globally. Strengthened by our collaboration with the team led by Bassam Janji (PhD, HDR) at Luxembourg Institute of Health, significant progress has been made in the development of the second generation ALDH inhibitor, #ABD0171, which exhibits promising synergistic effects with immunotherapy. Together, we have achieved transformative results, potentially pioneering a strategy to convert immunotherapy-resistant advanced CRC tumors into responders! #ColorectalCancerAwarenessMonth #cancerresistance
