With the aim of developing more creative and strategic marketing thinking, I have been working on some start2impact University projects in my free time over the last year. I would like to share with you one of my first projects. It focuses on the strategic analysis of the electric mobility service Dott. I learned to build buyer personas and consider them as real customers. Having a broader vision taught me to deeply understand customer experience and behavior and set a great strategy.
