One of the things I consistantly find about airports is that they are a neatly encapsulated lesson in all the things you can possibly do to ensure your customers receive the worst available customer experience in any given set of circumstances. I don't think the management intend that. But the structure is almost certain to deliver it. And it reminds us all that we can intend what we like. If the structure of our organisations is not properly designed to deliver our intentions, then they will not be delivered. #business #organisationalstructure #customerexperiencemanagement
