ARM Institute Chief Strategy Officer Suzy Teele joined ARM Member AmSkills AmSkills CEO Tom Mudano and COO Alex Anzalone at the graduation ceremony for the 30th class to complete AmSkills two-week Discovery Bootcamp, a program that ARM Institute helped to start with a grant in 2018. Since this time, AmSkills has helped hundreds of people from all walks of life, including veterans, homeless, recently incarcerated, single parents and many others develop basic skills for a career in manufacturing, working directly with manufacturers who support the program by interviewing graduates for roles at their organizations. A fantastic day today celebrating closing ceremonies of the AmSkills Career Discovery Bootcamp for adults with 21 graduates in the morning and 13 high school students finished a 6-week paid internship celebration in the afternoon.
