OMAR AL KHATIB was the main speaker at our fifth TALKING💙ART, which took place on 20 June. Omar is a Paralympic athlete, Italian paraclimbing champion, and during the meeting he told us about the sport of climbing and all its technicalities. He emphasised the relationship between sport and disability, telling us about his experience and the many steps he had to take as a child to achieve his goal. L' International Olympic Committee – IOC, dopo le Olimpiadi di #Tokyo2020, aveva presentato un decalogo basato su correttezza, #inclusione e sensibilità in merito alla partecipazione di atleti #transgender nelle successive competizioni. Successivamente la World Athletics ha deciso di impedire 🚫 alle atlete trans di partecipare alle competizioni internazionali e, di conseguenza, alle Olimpiadi. ✍️ Iago Outeda Bos prova a fornire alcune soluzioni per permettere l'inclusione di questi atleti ed atlete, perché lo sport è un diritto di tutti. 🇪🇸 El tema que tratamos hoy, en el nuevo #artículogold, siempre ha sido muy polémico. Pari opportunità ed equità della competizione sportiva, sono due interessi parimenti meritevoli di tutela ma (spesso) di difficile conciliazione quando si parla di partecipazione alla pratica sportiva organizzata.
