I always enjoy my conversations with former #NFL GM Michael Lombardi. This time, we talk about the perception of young QBs being a "bust" and why there's much more to it! Check out the convo I did with Michael for Sportsnaut! #sports #interviews #nflnews

To learn what it is like to work somewhere - the best to find out is ask the employees. Worksite interviews are part of our summer Pre-ETS Camps. Not only do we learn firsthand what it is like to work there, but we practice social skills and talking to people! #preets #lifelonglearner #adulting

This can’t be life 💔 6-9 months minimum it’s taking many of us to get into employment and for other, it’s even longer. For what? Why are we going through 6-9 stages of interviews before actually offering the job to someone. Job hunting is a full time job in itself and only people that have experience that level of struggle will know what I’m talking about. Remember jobs can be taught but personality and the uniqueness of an individual can’t. Let this be a lesson learned that we need to open our minds up to the people we are letting down in society and allow for growth and development. Give people a chance to shine! ⭐️

I really enjoyed this post by Carly Agar! It highlights a universal truth: being proactive to understand how a product is being used from multiple angles not only drives business success but also fosters creativity, innovation, and the courage to experiment—all of which make work more fulfilling and give you a bigger lens to understand your customer. This post also resonates with me when thinking about Product Management! We all know the importance of continuous customer engagement throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) but expanding it out to include more data points that are traditionally owned by customer success gives a bigger picture of your product's success or failures. While monitoring usage and beta testing, to name a few, are well-known methods for gathering insights, customer engagement extends beyond simple click-tracking. True customer health is revealed through broader metrics like feature and feature workflow adoption, use-case outcome delivery, and goal achievement, with KPIs tied directly to the customer’s objectives, from user teams to the C-suite. This is where the Customer Success team plays a pivotal role and being besties with them helps. Their insights into how customers derive value from the product across the entire customer journey are essential for informing the product roadmap. By integrating these insights into product strategy, we can prioritize the features that drive retention, reduce churn, and ultimately, enable renewals and upsell opportunities. Building a strong feedback loop between Product and Customer Success isn’t just possible; it’s vital. I've seen firsthand how effective this collaboration can be when Product Leaders and CS teams work hand-in-hand to turn insights into impactful product improvements. Not to mention it makes work more fun. 😀 Just my 2 cents: 1 cent PM + 1 cent CS = Sustainable Growth 🚀 #ProductManagement #CustomerSuccess #SaaS #ProductDevelopment #UserEngagement #CustomerInsights #BetaTesting #RetentionStrategies #FeatureAdoption #CrossFunctionalTeams #DataDrivenDecisions #PDLC
