𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘅𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆: 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝘁, 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗚𝗢! Our past, present, and future walked into a cozy, cool café. The past, a reflective figure, began, “Remember when we were part of Lonza, a 100-plus-year-old Swiss company? We were carved out and then integrated two companies: Troy and EnviroTech. It’s been a tough three years, becoming an independent company during such a turbulent time in the chemicals industry.” Present, bubbling with excitement, interrupted, “Those days are hopefully behind us and our industry. And guess what? We’re three years old today... it’s a great day at Arxada!” At that moment, the café door swung open, and a striped Cheshire Cat strutted in. Grinning from ear to ear, the cat began to speak with surprising wisdom, “Three is a magic number, appearing in so many aspects of life—mind, body, spirit; three wishes; a beginning, a middle, and an end; the three phases of matter; the three musketeers; and even in movies, the good, the bad and the ugly. The number three holds a special place in many cultures and beliefs, symbolizing both creation and fulfillment. It embodies stability, optimism, and joy—all qualities integral to your success and your future. “The next round of flat whites for everyone is on me,” it said before magically vanishing. Not wanting to be left out, the future eagerly chimed in, “Though I’ve only recently joined this journey, these three years have been marked by extraordinary achievements. I come from where we are headed, and let me tell you, it’s exhilarating. We are on the cusp of groundbreaking innovations that will revolutionize our industry and tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges! Imagine new technologies that will dramatically reduce infection rates and save human lives in hospitals; enable advanced batteries; increase the use and life of wood in all types of construction; and transform paints and coatings and personal care. The future of Arxada is not just bright—it’s dazzling—and I can’t wait for us to embark on this incredible adventure together!” The barista, who had been listening intently, grabbed the microphone and announced, “Normally, we don’t serve ‘time travelers’ because they ‘tense’ up the calm ambiance. But you all at Arxada are doing something great for the people and the planet, protecting us from harmful microbes that are everywhere around us and securing supply chains in key industries. Let’s raise our cups and toast to your collective achievements and the bright future ahead. Here’s to the magic of three years and many more to come!” “Hip, hip, hooray!” the entire café cheered. “Ready, set, let’s go,” exclaimed our past, present, and future in unison.
