In recent years, many companies have started giving awards to their employees, and they often share them on social media, especially on LinkedIn. This helps boost the employees' spirits and encourages them to keep doing well. Some companies even have special ceremonies to give these awards, making it a big deal for everyone. I've seen different kinds of awards, like "Brown Belt," "Black Belt," "Outstanding Performance," "Employee of the Year/Month," "Innovator Award," "Customer Champion Award," "Welcome Change Award," "Shining star," and "Mentorship Master," in recent times. Each award highlights something special about what the employee has done. This focus on recognizing and rewarding employees is really important for keeping them happy and motivated at work. While getting paid well is important, these awards show that the company values its employees for more than just their paychecks. It's a way of saying thank you for the hard work and effort they put in every day. What kinds of awards do you think would motivate you the most in your job? #recognition #rewardsandrecognition #rewards #awards #employeespotlight #motivation #employeeengagement #happyemployee #linkedin LinkedIn

A Farewell with a Missing Piece: The Story of Emma and the Incomplete Thank You Once, in a bustling company with many departments, there was an employee named Emma who had dedicated five years of her life to the organization. Emma had been a cornerstone in her team, always going the extra mile and bringing positivity to every project. As her time at the company came to an end, her manager decided to present her with a thank-you certificate to recognize her hard work and contributions. Emma's manager reached out to the HR department to request a certificate template, expecting to find one easily available. However, to their dismay, they discovered that the company did not have a standardized thank-you certificate cadre. Each department had its own approach to recognition, and there was no uniform template for such occasions. Undeterred, the manager took it upon themselves to create a simple certificate using a basic template they found online. The result was a rather plain document with generic wording that lacked the personalized touch Emma truly deserved. On Emma's last day, the company gathered for a small farewell gathering. The certificate was presented with sincere words of appreciation. While the gesture was heartfelt, the certificate itself felt somewhat lackluster compared to the significant impact Emma had made over the years. The lack of a dedicated cadre for thank-you certificates left a gap that couldn't be filled with a one-size-fits-all approach. As Emma left the company, she was touched by the kind words and the effort to acknowledge her contributions. Yet, a small part of her felt disappointed by the impersonal certificate. It was a reminder that, despite the company's numerous achievements and impressive projects, it lacked a meaningful and consistent way to recognize the individual efforts of its employees. In the end, Emma's departure was marked by a bittersweet feeling. The company had missed an opportunity to make her farewell truly special, highlighting the importance of having a well-thought-out recognition system that honors employees in a way that reflects their true value. The story served as a poignant lesson for the company: that recognition should be as personalized and meaningful as the contributions it seeks to honor. - #EmployeeRecognition - #Farewell - #ThankYou - #EmployeeAppreciation - #WorkplaceCulture - #RecognitionMatters - #HRBestPractices - #Leadership - #EmployeeEngagement - #WorkplaceEthics

I’ve hosted my fair share of recognition & rewards events, and let me tell you, there’s nothing like seeing an employee's face light up when they receive an applause for a job well done! Every time I stand before our team to celebrate their achievements, I feel a profound sense of joy. It’s more than just a moment of applause; it’s a shared connection that reinforces our bond as a community more than a company. Each smile, each tear of joy, and each heartfelt “Thank You” is a reminder of why I love to do what I do. Recognition isn't only about acknowledging hard work, but about affirming their place in our shared journey together. In his timeless classic 'How to Win Friends and Influence People', Dale Carnegie says, “People are not interested in you. They are interested in themselves!” This is so true of human nature that recognition only stems from understanding and appreciating each other. I believe that every individual deserves to feel valued and seen. Remember that when we take the time to recognize someone, we’re igniting a spark in them! It creates an environment where everyone feels they belong... and bring their best selves to work every single day. Every win matters, and together, we can create something beautiful. To many more! 🥂 #YaumiHR #yaumifood #alrashedfood #yaumi #alrashed_food #TeamAppreciation #CelebrateSuccess #Leadership #WorkplaceCulture #TeamSpirit #Gratitude #RecognitionMatters #PositiveWorkplace #Motivation #EmployeeEngagement #CultureOfAppreciation #UpliftEachOther #WorkplaceWellbeing #Empowerment #TogetherWeThrive #SuccessTogether #CommunityAtWork #HeartfeltLeadership #Teamwork #AppreciateYourPeople #EmployeeWellbeing #InspireOthers #CelebrateWins #KindnessInTheWorkplace #SupportEachOther #HumanConnection #WorkplaceHappiness #RecognitionRevolution #ValueYourTeam #EveryWinCounts #TeamSuccess #CultureChampions #EmpathyInLeadership #CheersToTheTeam #MakeADifference #EncourageGrowth #BuildingCommunity #WorkplaceJoy #TeamBonding #RecognitionIsKey #ShineTogether #WorkplaceFamily #InspiredLeadership #ValuedEmployees #TeamUnity #HeartfeltRecognition #TogetherWeCan #CareerDevelopment #Innovation #Business #Technology #Management #Sales #Networking #PersonalDevelopment #Productivity #DigitalMarketing #Coaching #CustomerExperience #ChangeManagement #ProjectManagement #SalesStrategy #BusinessGrowth #HRTech #Mindset #ContinuousLearning #Strategy #Agile #CareerAdvice #people #HR #Humanresources #HRManagers #HRLeaders #HRprofessionals

Our teams’ hard work, creativity, and commitment are the driving force behind our success, and for that, we cannot thank you enough. Recognize and appreciate your colleagues! At PG Forsta, we have a colleague recognition platform where you can acknowledge someone who has gone above and beyond, delivered great work on a project, or just been a genuinely good person to work with. Some may overlook the power of these small gestures, but the fact is, companies can't provide raises or bonuses every month. A simple acknowledgment and the act of someone noticing and sharing your work can offer a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. As a study on employee recognition shows: "When people at work are recognized and feel this moment of happiness, they tend to work harder and do their jobs even better, hoping to experience that again. It not only improves their mood but also helps everyone work more effectively together." It’s no coincidence that "Better together" is one of our core values. #EmployeeRecognition #WorkplaceCulture #JobSatisfaction #BetterTogether Link to Study: https://shorturl.at/OsJPN

LOYAL AND HARDWORKING EMPLOYEES LEAVE WHEN THEY'RE TAKEN FOR GRANTED. In the workplace, loyalty and hard work are crucial. But when employees don't get recognized and feel taken for granted, even the most dedicated ones might leave. Recognition is like fuel for motivation, and without it, people can feel undervalued and disconnected from their work. If employees don't see their efforts acknowledged, they might seek a workplace where their contributions are appreciated. It highlights the importance of recognizing and appreciating employees to build a positive and lasting professional bond. Emmanuel Mukula - Life Coach !!

👏 Employees do great when they feel appreciated! It's essential for employees to know their work is valued and appreciated. Doing a great job feels good, and it feels even better when it's noticed by your boss. 🌟 Recognition is key: In the end, people are the ones who make companies successful. The little things you do to show appreciation can make employees feel special and valued. ❤️ Importance of appreciation: Feeling unappreciated is one of the worst feelings. However, when employees have a boss who truly cares and appreciates them, they're willing to go the extra mile. 💬 Validation through appreciation: At the end of the day, we're all human. We need validation through appreciation. A little thank you or acknowledgment can make a huge difference in motivating employees to give their all.
