What an amazing team we have! On Monday, we kicked off the first of two in-person group training sessions on neurological assessment, led by the incredible Mariana Sousa. It was a day of learning and capped off with a wonderful group meal! As our team and region continue to expand, we're committed to making group training sessions accessible to everyone by hosting them at two (soon to be three) different locations. I firmly believe that creating these positive mini cultures within our teams is key—a happy team benefits everyone! Given our significant growth, we started this session with a special twist. To help us connect and celebrate our diversity, we asked everyone to bring or wear something that represents them.
