A big welcome to Thomas Paulin who joins Attest's London office as a Backend Engineer, and to José L Rivera Jr. who comes on board as an SDR in the New York office. Thomas joins us from Eutelsat Group where he worked on building satellite ground systems. At Attest he will be focused on helping us build a better insights experience. Jose joins from accessiBe where he was Partnerships SDR. He will be supporting Attest's US sales team, bringing skills in SaaS sales.

Sharing this great news with all my connections for a couple of reasons. 1. Chris is an amazing person who has been such a supporter of me, my teams, and has always had time to coach and mentor me when I have had a questions on sales process...both acquisition and retention focused strategies. 2. I have been fortunate to have Chris bring his 6 habits into three of the teams that I have managed over the years. Without a doubt, Chris's 6 habits program drive more sales, changed how we looked at preparing for and telling a better value story within the new sales and renewal/growth programs. Which at the end of the day, we all need tools and coaching in how to tell a story around our process, value, and team that gets prospects to want to hear more. 3. Lastly, Chris's program and now his partnership to expand their new offering is 100% usable to help CSM/CX teams to improve their storytelling around value that will drive growth, retention, and referrals. I noticed very quickly that if I took Chris's 6 habits training for sales teams and apply these learnings to my CSM teams, great things happened. Why? Because as soon as you win that new customer you are in a renewal sales position. Arming your teams with the ability to tell a value story throughout the whole customer buying and lifecycle journey is so important. If you and your teams' are not owning the storytelling narrative, the narrative will own you. This is usually done by the customer who is then telling their version of your value proposition to their leadership or buying team. Congratulations to Chris on this new evolution of the Chris White model. How writing a two page outline of a partnerships program changed my life. The biggest growth hack that's effected my business and career. Sat down and wrote a two page document outlining what my old company might look like with a parnter program. Who might be our first 50 partners. Sent it to the C-suite over Xmas. Got the green light. 🏎 I ended up then building relationships, pipeline and friendships with people outside my company. Paid to do so... Did I know that it was the first step towards building my own business based on partnerships? Perhaps... 😉 Many of these people are now: - Close friends I call on when life is hard 😥 - Mentors I ask for direction and advice from 😎 - Customers that I'm privileged to be working with 😍 - Partners to my own business and support Stakki and Sales Reader 🙌 All of this has meant I've been able to do what I do now.
