this is horrifying it is legal animal abuse that we are not addressing unregulated, backyard breeding, which is nothing but a cash, grab, and commercial breeders that are supposedly registered with the Department of Agriculture. The department of agriculture has openly admitted that they are unable to manage the situation, it is time for Congress to remove the department of agriculture from commercial puppy breeding. I have personally, out of sheer frustration, outlined an entire department and its functionality. I do you think anyone would be interested? Is this distrust (can't be, I don't charge them for my services = ZERO risk), ego, vanity... or just stupidity? Today: 1 cat or dog are KILLED in US or Canadians shelters every 10 SECONDS. 7400 cats or dogs are KILLED DAILY in US/Cdn. shelters. 2.7 MILLION cats or dogs are KILLED annually in US/Cdn. shelters. 2 years ago the daily KILL rate was 5500. NEXT year the daily KILL rate will be 9000. The current animal rescue model has FAILED MILLIONS OF LIVES! To continue asking for cash donations that continue to decline it NOT WORKING.
