It was great to participate at the Insurtech Insights Europe 2024 over the past two days. I had the chance to participate in two panels exploring different aspects of digital transformation, a very timely topic for the insurance industry today. Yesterday, we dived into the transformative era in digital claims, discussing its impact in optimising the customer experience. Great conversation yesterday at InsuranceERM on the integration of #ai into Risk and Underwriting frameworks. I shared insights on how, we at #RenaissanceRe, continue to explore and pilot the use of proprietary AI models for predictive analytics and data insights, before we can deploy these for production usage. Consensus on the panel was that we expect the breadth of use-cases for genAI (within @insurance) to increase over time. A thoughtful approach is critical.
