It happened. As a Crisis Management strategy for an infrastructure client, we implemented an Information and Crisis Management department with evidence with photos and videos. After 1 year of operation, Legal, Market Communication, Community Dialogue and Institutional Relations had evidence of the actions carried out and delivered. It wasn't just about making a simple record, there was a photojournalism strategy as shown in the images, demonstrating transparency and truth in the case.
