However the benefits of avocado 🥑 totally fullfill the second factor driving consumption….how a portion of avocado 🥑 complies with nutrimental needs and makes this industry strong. The origin of the fruit due to our many avocado sourcing countries can domain certain market, makes economies of scale for each origin. However the mkt can help with that strategy as Mexico in North American countries, Peruvian or Spanish in Europe, New Zealand on Asia region. Globalization makes all markets possible so Mkt and prices can be a strength to consider. Organic certification is still developing due to the fact of price, fair and sustainable practices from all the supply chain. Organic consumption still remains as an opportunity however organic vs price is a mix complicated to handle for all consumers, so this niche is very informed about the composition in cost for organic avocado.
