🦺 Safety first, always! 🦺 Want to rock the scaffolding world and stay safe while doing it? Scaffolding can be safe and fun if you follow these tips: 🚧Your helmet is your best friend. Hard hats, safety glasses, and non-slip boots are a must. Look cool and stay protected! 🚧Before you climb, inspect the scaffolding. Look for any loose bolts or wobbly parts. A quick check can save your life. 🚧 Stay Organized: Keep your tools tidy. Falling hammers are not fun for anyone. 🚧Buddy System: Always work with a mate. Two sets of eyes are better than one. 🚧Don't carry too much. Overloading can make things shaky. 🚧Stay Alert: No texting while climbing! Stay focused on the task at hand. safety advisory: with the heat index what it's been make sure you have a thermometer gun on the job and designate 1 guy to periodically check the body temp of your deck crew. make sure they stay hydrated as well. we all know that a body temp could go too high very quickly and without warning in exteam heat and cause heat stroke or severe dehydration. lets keep our crews going home. work safe and stay alive.

🏗️ Scaffolding 🏗️ Sometimes, our projects go high, and that is when we need an essential element: scaffolding! These structures are not just a few tubes or planks, but rather a network of base plates, sole boards, ledgers, transoms, bracing platforms, clamps, guardrails, toe boards, ties, nets, and more all working together. But, if we don’t follow the safety rules, things can take a bad turn. So, we’ve got our eyes on the four biggest risks up there: falls, collapse, falling objects and electrocution. No worries though! We have ways to mitigate those risks. Making sure materials are in tip top shape, properly installed, keeping an eagle eye on our workers, and ensuring everyone’s as safe as can be are our weapons to prevent injuries. And, we have our trusty safety officials performing daily checks to keep things in line. Plus, rely on workers to look around and ask themselves “is there a risk?” before they start work. No matter the project, safety is at the heart of everything we do! #USACEFED #Scaffolding #safety
