A long post incoming since it's been a while! 😊
5 months ago I started a new chapter in my career joining Trivandi. During that time, we have been very busy behind the scenes preparing for a launch of our evolved brand and this week we proudly release it to the world! 📖 🎉
I have been impatiently waiting until now to share my update, because I was excited to share our beautiful new brand, and also to showcase branding that does this amazing company justice.
It’s been a great experience working with Nicola Milan, Sasha Potgieter and Ava Pevsner, a small but highly creative and passionate team, getting this baby ready to launch! 🚀
Back to me joining Trivandi…. a story that you may relate to (not only parents)….. After taking some short breaks off to become a Mum, my priorities and career perspective changed. Experience taught me lessons and the added beauty of wisdom enabled me to know very clearly what I wanted for my next role. I had three key criteria: 1. Flexibility 2. Really great and genuine people and 3. A fulfilling and creative role which was well rewarded.
As most good things do, the opportunity to join Trivandi came to me quite coincidentally. After a great stint consulting part-time with some great projects and teams, a quick message from the lovely Amy Brill arrived “I have a great client with a great role looking for someone and I think you’d be the perfect fit”. From the moment of my first meeting with Pamela R. and Nicola Milan, I loved what I heard about Trivandi, the energy felt right and I knew I wanted to be part of the team. The rest is history…..
I’m now in a role where I get to do what I love, work with really great people, be creative, have flexibility to be able to have that very important balance as a parent to still enjoy school drop-offs and tea-time with my kids, be part of a company who really puts people first, a company who’s eager to grow and evolve, and all at the same time as learning and amazing new industry - because learning never stops.
One final thing, the words thank you are used a lot around Trivandi, right from the top. Two words that you can’t say enough in the workplace in my opinion.
