🚀 We are very proud that the FLOPRES project has been highlighted at the #EULife24 Info Days! 🌊 With our help, FLOPRES secured almost €2M of EU grant for a total budget of more than €3M from the EU’s esteemed #LIFEProgramme for environment and climate action. The project is deploying a pioneering and user-friendly system for flood prediction and early warning supporting officials and individuals by providing real-time data analysis and forecasts to tackle the challenges of climate change-induced floods. The Slovak-Polish collaborative project, coordinated by ESPRIT, integrates flood modelling, forecasting, and early warnings for water and emergency management at all levels. It promotes nature-based solutions for climate change adaptation, fostering collaboration among communities and authorities to enhance resilience to climate-related events. 🎯 For our funding journey with FLOPRES, we… 👉 developed a funding strategy, identifying relevant opportunities; 👉 helped develop the project idea and scope fitting the LIFE Programme requirements; 👉 assisted consortium-building and finding suitable partners; 👉 developed a high-quality proposal content and put together the budget. #EULife24 calls have just opened recently.
