We are proud to be lead partner for the winning project #UNLOCK15 under the #15minuteCity scheme of Driving Urban Transitions Partnership call 2023. Here’s what #UNLOCK15 aims to achieve over the next 🗓️3 years: 🔍 Understand Transition Pathways: We are committed to exploring the transition pathways towards the 15-Minute City. By investigating the public discourses surrounding these transitions, we aim to better understand the socio-technical dynamics involved. 🙌 Empower Citizens: Our goal is to compile, develop, and test a variety of tools designed to empower citizens in the transition process. We believe that enhancing engagement and participation is key to building sustainable urban communities. 🤝 Co-create Narratives: We will develop and apply innovative methods for co-creating local narratives and envisioning possible futures with community stakeholders. Our focus is on ensuring inclusive and participatory planning processes. 🏛️ Foster Institutional Learning: Through the implementation and evaluation of Learning Living Labs, we aim to promote institutional learning and citizen empowerment. This will facilitate reflection, action, and knowledge exchange between partner cities. We look forward to working with our 6 primary partners and 16 cooperating organizations from various European countries, forming a consortium of academic institutions, municipalities, SMEs, and non-profit organizations.
