Ravioli with Tomatoes, Asparagus, Garlic, and Herbs Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved 3 cloves garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving 1 package (20 ounces) refrigerated cheese ravioli Directions: Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. SALMON WITH ORANGE ROSEMARY VINAIGRETTE Ingredients 4 salmon fillets 1 tablespoon coconut oil sea salt and black pepper, to taste 1 large orange, juiced 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried rosemary pinch of sea salt black pepper, to taste 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Instructions 1. Place a large sauté pan over medium heat. 2. Add coconut oil. Season the salmon with sea salt and black pepper. 3. Place the fillets in the hot pan. 4. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set to the side to cool. To make the vinaigrette 1. Add the orange juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, rosemary, sea salt, black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil to a mixing bowl. 2. Whisk well and drizzle over the salmon. Aging is a Myth: GREEK STYLE BURGERS Keto Friendly: Flavorful 1 egg 1 small onion 2 garlic minced 1 teaspoon oregano 2 teaspoons of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper 1/4 of cup olive oil 2/3 cup almond flour Instructions: Grate the onion, garlic (or food processor) in a mixing bowl. Add the oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, egg and mix using a whisk Add onion mixture to beef and almond flour and mix thoroughly using your hands. If the mixture is too sticky add some more almond flour till the mix is solid. Split into 4 patties. Heat oil in skillet. Refrigerate Tzatziki Sauce while burgers cook Make Tzatziki Sauce.
