Last night I was out at a fabulous place in Leeds which combines the craft beer powerhouse of Kirkstall Brewery and a contemporary Michelin BIB Gourmand Indian dining experience from Dastaan. It was delicious and it has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. This bringing together of audiences is a clever move for both brands, those liking craft beer often are looking for more of an experience so the food from dastaan complements this and vice versa. In the video, one of our consultations for an Italian company that owns several supermarkets with gastronomy departments. Over the past four years, we have embarked on a journey with this company to restructure their production processes and gastronomic offerings. Our study focused on renewing production processes, creating a new gastronomic offer, recipe development, recipe balancing, and calculating food costs, including the analysis of production cost incidence for establishing a uniform standard for all stores. Make efficient use of available time, plan purchases, reduce waste, better organize work shifts, save energy. Today, we continue to support the company with ongoing assistance and training for their staff. The company has chosen to upgrade their technology by relying not only on our thirty years of experience but also on the #iCombipro and #iVarioPro systems from RATIONAL AG The gastronomy sections are open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, necessitating constant readiness to restock the hot food counter. Once the direct offering management is finished, the nighttime cooking processes begin. In the video, we demonstrate the creation of a 'cart' using RATIONAL AG's #iProductionManager. The cart consists of 50 RATIONAL 'intelligent cooking processes' , all compatible but with different results, ranging from vegetables to poultry, fish, and much more. All of this is integrated into a custom #MyDisplay for the company to facilitate kitchen operations. Our approach is "total," which means: • Attention to every detail • Pursuit of continuous improvement Attention to detail involves identifying even the smallest management gaps in the kitchens and making necessary improvements. Continuous improvement transforms control from a one-time, static event into a dynamic, ongoing one.
