5moThat’s fantastic news. But most of these hiring seems to be at entry level as it’s mentioned that the candidates are hired through ITI and similar programs which government runs. I am keen to know how you retain them as they step up the ladder. As per the survey entry level we see big numbers of girls joining but as they grow they quit citing many personal issue and only 1% will make it top.
