Safety case and waste consultancy opportunities. As well as those rather wonderful Waste Consultancy roles that I've been posting about in the last few days, I have some equally wonderful staff Safety case opportunities. "Don't we all", I hear you say.... So what sets these apart from all of those other roles out there? Well, in all honesty, that depends. It depends on the individual, what you want from your career, and the culture and environment that you feel most comfortable working in. Everybody is different. I try and work with a selection of clients that offer different things. Some more defined in their needs and some more encouraging, supporting the individual to grow in the direction that their capability, or skillset, can take them. Some of those clients are large, award-wining, multi-disciplinary consultancies, some are smaller organisations that offer the chance to develop a wider gamut of experience across a wider variety of projects. What I'm looking for are focused Waste and Safety professionals, at Senior or Principal level, or those whose next career step is into these positions. People who want to feel valued for their contribution and see a clearer career path within a company with similar values.
