Did you know that we help organizations with their talent attraction and retention processes? We worked with IM Swedish Development Partner in late 2022 to review their process. Now, over a year and a half later, we checked in with their HR Generalist, Sara Fallström, to see the results. ✨ “As a feminist and anti-racist NGO, we understand that our hiring processes are really important. They should attract a diverse group of applicants, they should minimize the risk of unconscious bias, and they should include plenty of tasks that are actively inclusive. We needed help with all of the above and turned to New to Sweden, who carefully analyzed every step of our recruitment process. With their specific recommendations gathered in a handy report, we could easily turn them into action. Based on the recommendations, we made changes to aspects of hiring like our job descriptions, interview process, and more.
