I almost removed myself from my business 👌 This is why it matters: To grow Findymail , I need to work ON the business and not IN the business. I'm at a stage now where I need to take a step-back to have a clear picture of the strategic moves we need to do. When I started entering 5 figures per month, the 1st thing I did was to hire an assistant to handle time consuming tasks and helping me on customer support. Ever since, I pretty much hired someone new every 2 to 3 months. I started as a solo founder, we're now 7 (soon 8? we're hiring! 👀) in the team. Removing myself from the business also helps me raise the valuation of my company. People don't buy businesses that live without the founder. So I'm also creating value for my future self here. ---- Question: what steps are you taking to work ON the business and not IN the business. Activate the bell for more content like this 🔔 PS: I'm recruiting for a Sales Engineer full remote (Europe) - you can check the job offer on Findymail's company page!

When recruiting for tech sales roles, where your candidates come from matters. Each background brings unique strengths, whether they’ve worked in smaller tech businesses or large corporate environments. 👉 Smaller tech businesses foster agility, innovation, and resourcefulness. Candidates from these environments tend to be versatile and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing settings. They’re used to wearing multiple hats and finding creative ways to meet goals with fewer resources. 👉 On the other hand, large corporate tech companies develop candidates who excel in structured environments. These individuals often have experience working with sophisticated systems, managing large accounts, and executing high-volume sales processes. Hiring from both worlds can give your business a competitive edge, whether you’re scaling a smaller tech company or building out a corporate team. Which background do you tend to hire from?

We can't keep up. IntelliHost has created a new offer that is EXTREMELY easy to market, and as a result, we cannot grow our sales team fast enough. We've had to cut ad spend again and again because our current sales guys calendars keep filling up too quickly (from $200/day to $100/day to $50/day). It's an amazing problem to have and I'm not complaining, however, it means we need more killers to join our team and sign all these people up (and so I can start spending reasonably again) 😅 So if you, or anyone you know would like to join a quickly growing tech company in Utah (in-person, full time, in Pleasant Grove is preferred) and are hungry to make some great commissions, then click the link I put below in the comments and fast apply! p.s. the head of this hiring process is Tyler Keith if you'd like to reach out to him additionally. ------------ To be clear, this is primarily a closer opportunity where we (marketing) fill your calendar during the day with video calls, and your job is to inform and close during those appointments (with some additional follow up following the yes responses and coordinating with the account management team). #hiring #sales #closing

CEO & Founder at Find Me Staffing Solutions || I place remote setters/ closers into great companies.
Only 2 reasons. Nothing else. 1.) No leads 2.) No training If you have those two things in place, my process is super simple. The most duplicative system when hiring your next remote sales rep. Connect with me and I’ll show you how for free.

I help Coaches and Consultants land consistent flow of high-paying clients and scale to $100k+/month WITHOUT giving up time 👈
Did you know that you can hire a virtual assistant for $10/hr to help you: - Contact 50 leads a day - Book 3-5 sales calls a week. - Close 1-2 new clients a month. - And many more... 50 leads a day is 1,000 leads a month. One thing that hiring a virtual assistant solves is consistency. It's tiring and overwhelming to do outreach. Hiring a VA solves this.
