I Help Immigrant Doctors Accelerate To Financial Freedom Through Passive Investment Opportunities | Host 'The Immigrant Doctor Podcast'
Comparison kills joy. I have to confess, I've been there. I have compared myself to others, been jealous of their success. I had to spend time to introspect. I had to think to myself, 'How is this serving me?' Here is what I realized: My comparison to others was not serving me well. If anything I should compare my current self to my past self. When I started doing this, I realized the progress I had made. I realized that we all have our paths, our challenges, our successes. Others' successes we see are just the highlights. The struggles, the stumbles aren't in the frame. This is my perspective now: 1. Focus on Your Timeline: It's about measuring progress by looking back at where I started, not where others are. It's recognizing that growth, however small, is still growth. 2. Celebrate the Small Wins: Every step forward deserves recognition. It's about cherishing the journey, not just the destination. 3. March to Your Beat: Embrace your unique path. It's about crafting your narrative, one day at a time, without rushing through the pages. #ChartYourPath #CelebrateGrowth #OwnYourJourney Jeff Greenberg John Laine Nkem Ezeamama, MD. Sometimes it can motivate you to work harder. I have an app that I use when I exercise and I follow people that are doing better then me, or that exercise more often in order to give me boost.

Comparison is the thief of joy indeed! Learning to focus on our own journey is where true growth lies. Avishkar Sabharwal, M.D.
It's easy to get caught up in comparing ourselves to others, but your reminder to focus on our own timeline and celebrate our progress is incredibly valuable. And thank you for the mention! Avishkar Sabharwal, M.D.

6moHere I go with the cliches again. LOL>>> But it's all about the journey. Think back, 2 , 4, 6 years ago... How far you've come. Avishkar Sabharwal, M.D., a year ago, we were just baby noob capital raisers, asking the difference between a 506c and a 506b... Now you lead a community of 25 people, all asking YOU the same questions. This moment in time will pass. You will grow, and achieve your goals. Just be patient. You're on the right path. 😍
