Throwback to our annual women con in early June! Hosted by Niddal Salah-Eldin, Executive Board Member for Talent & Culture and Chair of the axelspringer_women network, the women con 2024 showcased our commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable environment, which is crucial to helping promote visibility and equity for women at Axel Springer. Here are three things you need to know about the women con: 1️⃣ The Employee Resource Group axelspringer_women, founded and led by employees to foster an inclusive work culture, organizes the annual conference for all colleagues who are passionate about gender equity. 2️⃣ This year, around 400 colleagues participated in the keynotes, interactive workshops, and panel discussions that were led by over 25 internal and external speakers. 3️⃣ The women con 2024 focused on the theme of "grow," which, alongside "inspire" and "connect," aimed to address topics such as the gender pay gap, salary negotiations, and real estate investments from a gender-specific perspective.
