Here's what we measure, beyond the obvious metrics. - Attendee stay rate: A good virtual event has a stay rate of >60% - Number of replays post-event: If people still come back to watch later, it shows that the topic resonates with the ICP. We know it's not an unmissable topic if there's a weak replay rate. - Quality of conversations: We ask our on-field team to measure the quality of conversations with ICP attendees.
