Will A.I. take my Sales Job? I get asked VERY often what my thoughts are on A.I. replacing Sales Reps. There’s A.I. sales reps out there capable of 10,000 outbound calls/minute. What does that mean for sales reps doing outbound? Well here’s a YT video breakdown of what a human salesperson can do vs. what an A.I. sales rep can do. As always - subscribe, like, share, and all the good stuff https://lnkd.in/eUbwjcaR

Something I recently learned from being in Sales Team, If you are ever approached by any individual (via phone or in person) trying to pitch for a product or service, respectfully listen to them and then show your interest/disinterest. Don't disrespect them, understand that they are also working on a task assigned to them. Let's Be Kind :)

Figure out your “why”. Be specific with it. Why do you HAVE to hit quota every month. If it doesn’t exist, or it’s not strong enough, find a different profession. There’s no technical skill that will ensure you hit quota every month. The bad times will come when there are too many things going wrong that are out of your control, and the only thing that’s going to matter then is how badly you need it.
You're talking to a new sales rep. You need to give them one tip that will keep them from ever missing quota. What's the tip?
