Boeing, an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, and missiles worldwide, agreed to acquire Spirit AeroSystems, an American aerostructure manufacturer, for $8.3bn. "After carefully evaluating Boeing's offer to combine, we are confident this transaction is in the best interest of Spirit and its shareholders, and will benefit Spirit's other stakeholders. Bringing Spirit and Boeing together will enable greater integration of both companies' manufacturing and engineering capabilities, including safety and quality systems," Patrick M. 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦:  “If it is not Boeing, then I am not Going!!!!” 𝐓𝐨: “𝐼𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑒𝑤𝑒𝑟: Would you fly in one of those (787 Dreamliner)? 𝐵𝑜𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑃𝑙𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑊𝑜𝑟𝑘𝑒𝑟: Yeah, I probably would, but I have kind of a Death Wish too!!” Boeing has produced some of the iconic aircraft in commercial and military space- - 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥: 737, 747 and 777. - 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲: Airforce One, F15, F18, Apache Helicopter, Chinook, B-52 and C17 Globemaster. But its image is transitioning from a symbol of reliability to one overshadowed by cost-cutting and inferior products. Concerns over safety and quality have emerged, challenging the company's reputation. Rebuilding trust demands a return to prioritizing QUALITY over COST, restoring confidence in their aircraft's excellence. This holds beyond aerospace, extending to fields like Artificial Intelligence. Inferior quality of data and feeble underlying analytical models can generate poor quality outputs, misleading information, amplification of bias, and probable performance degradation of systems. Some of which were recently seen in the case of Google’s Gemini.
