🤝 Bama Means Business 🤝 How can we increase women's representation on corporate boards? Research by Culverhouse’s Vishal Gupta and Sandra Mortal shows that pressure from Big Three investors—Vanguard, State Street, and BlackRock—helped firms add at least 2.5 times the number of females to their respective boards between 2016 and 2019.
