Okay, we want to hear your ideas for the ultimate team activity! Here are a few our Bambooligans have loved this year... Pickleball (thank you new office), axe throwing (scary but fun), a river boat tour (when in Chicago), virtual book club (with themed Zoom filters), pottery making (artsy), Top Golf (a good time), baseball games (go for the snacks) and a virtual chocolate making class (speaks for itself)! ✨ Drop your ideas below! 🐼 💚

Volunteering together is a fantastic team-building activity! Finding a cause that resonates with everyone can make all the difference. Whether it's helping at a local shelter, participating in a community clean-up, or organizing a charity event, this is a great way to strengthen bonds and create a powerful sense of shared purpose. From my experience, these activities truly bring teams closer and make a meaningful impact.

I would love a pottery class and a river boat tour! Some other ideas, cooking class, terrarium making class, candle making class, paddle boarding, and a soccer game.

We've done food tours of Philadelphia on a big bike, a cooking class, virtual cookie decorating, and a screening of a Holiday movie in a local theatre. This year my team built Lego plants together so they could put them on their desks. Next month everyone is bringing in food that describes their heritage or family traditions.

At Forcura we just did our Q3 Kickoff including appetizers and paint by numbers for all. So fun!

I've done a painting class with co-workers before and it was so fun to see how everyones painting turned out. Group cooking classes have always been a hit too. I've done a couple different ones and the best part is you get to eat everything you made when it's done.

We go on a yearly Ski trip to Winter Park, but I have been looking at adding some new team building activities. I love this post!

Nothing like a good ole Escape Room to challenge the team. I'm the best cheerleader, but don't let me try and answer a riddle-we'll be locked in forever!

Years ago I organized ice hockey at our local ice rink. We rented out the entire rink and so many people join on our teams. It was so much fun!

This is out of this world… 🤣🤣
