More of the workforce is being mandated back into the office – but how do they feel about it? Will return to the office mandates disrupt the future of hybrid work? ❓️ Earlier this month, the Canadian government introduced a hybrid work policy for public service workers, requiring them to be on site a minimum of 3 days per week (4 days for federal executives), effective September 9. The goal is to maximize the benefits of in-person interaction and ensure more consistency in work arrangements.
