We are proud to be the convener of ALL IN: The Adult Literacy and Learning Impact Network, a collective impact initiative charged with carrying out the National Action Plan for Adult Literacy. ALL IN brings together national thought leaders from the adult literacy field in pursuit of a shared vision: a country where every adult can easily access high-quality, effective support to improve their literacy skills. In the coming months, we'll be sharing findings from ALL IN's survey of 500 employers across the United States and 200 policy influencers in Washington, D.C. to quantify the scale of the literacy challenge and identify solutions. At Civic Influencers, our mission gains urgency with the latest insights from the Pre-2024 Election Youth Survey by @TuftsUniversity's CIRCLE. The data reveals a powerful 57% of 18-34-year-olds are extremely likely to vote in 2024, emphasizing the critical role of youth voices. Our focus on community colleges, trade, technical, and vocational schools targets marginalized and often overlooked young voters who are vital to shaping our democracy. The survey underscores disparities, with Black youth, nonwhite rural youth, and those without college experience less likely to vote. Civic Influencers strive to bridge these gaps, amplifying voices, and ensuring equal access to impact our democracy. ✨ PSA ✨ I love making Public Service Announcements, using diverse styles to execute the message. BLOG 👇 Not every part of your audience receives information the same way. To reach younger demographics, choose popular sounds. Before selecting, I scroll through all the videos AND look at the comments. This reveals a lot of information about your consumers. Especially, if they used the same sound or commented on a similar topic, it's possible it will align to their algorithms. This is more reserved than directly saying, "This is a PSA, don't do this and this". I found it to be impactful if you can recreate a perspective. Make it entertaining. I enjoy developing communities to foster growth and an understanding of another. Those who do not understand just never experienced THAT 🌍. It becomes my intention to align a synthetic experience. It's like a memory- in a sense. This message: NEVER TELL ANYONE THAT YOU ARE ALONE, ESPECIALLY STRANGERS. The topic is about #safety (VULNERABLE) Yes, I am older than the playing age, but younger demographics may feel inspired to *comment* about it... making the post TREND. (See my point ☝️?)
