In recruitment there are 2 ways of scaling business: • Hire consultants to volume up the mess already created. • Structure data and establish systems. Of course you can send today 200 emails to, make 40 sales calls and send 80 InMails to candidates with matching keywords. It will definitely bring results... for now ;) But don't forget that if a client or a good candidate realizes, he needs to repeat himself several times to your company about his search preferences or whether he's right now looking, he will certainly at some point ghost you. Why does the majority of recruiters don't know how to structure your databases, filter them correctly and work with follow-up tasks? Why do sourcers still go through the same lists again and again every time they have a new job to work on? In the beginning it's about work load, but in the long run, you can only take advantage of the big network you've gathered over time, if you have good systems and software. There is hundreds of missed opportunities and thousands of annoyed candidates!
