We are no strangers to unique projects. We often seek out the knowledge and experienced gained from them knowing that it benefits our business and our clients. From planning for fighting off potential falcon attacks (yes, you read that right) to being asked to provide a solution for roofing a floating poop lid for a municipality (yes, you read that right as well) we have done a lot of interesting projects. The materials and equipment in this container are headed to remote Alaska for a federal US Forest Service roofing project that will take place this year and next year. Roofing in Alaska is challenging in normal conditions but when the project is literally in a place with no roads that access it…well, it just becomes even more fun and there are more opportunities to learn 😁 The point here is simply, if your commercial or industrial facility has a unique problem related to roofing/waterproofing or your facility is just challenging to begin with we can most likely help. On my days off I like to go fishing, spend time with family, or get tattoos. 🍂 What is your favorite season and what do you like most about it? Fall, the weather is not too hot or cold. 🚜 What is your current role, and what are your main responsibilities? Heavy Equipment Operator. Operate and Maintain heavy equipment, usually scraper, bulldozer, or off-road dump trucks. 🦌 Are there specific construction projects you've worked on that stand out as favorites? Sargent county drain #7. It was in a lot of government owned Crp’s and it was fun to see so much wildlife while we worked out there. 🎒 Are there any lessons you've learned in your construction journey that you'd like to share? Show up every day ready to learn and work hard. 🪴 What do you enjoy most about the company culture and work environment?
