Great to have the opportunity to work with a group of truly committed individuals seeking to understand the intricacies of delivering workplace needs assessments related to neurodiversity. Lots of interesting discussions sharing perspectives from a range of work roles and different environments including; Occupational Health, Police, Academia, EDI, care sector, finance and media. Grateful for the feedback following workshops ... 'I have been really impressed with the training so far, as a whole. My interpretation of a needs assessment has completely changed and the possible support that can be needed for an individual outside of simply understanding what software/work pace etc needs maybe required. I am hoping that with the knowledge I gain and will continue to gain will help add real value to someone's working life'. Rebecca We're now taking bookings for our next Level 4 course which starts with workshops on 17th & 18th April 2024. Level 4 - Fundamentals of workplace assessment for neurodiversity. 🌻 Janette Beetham FRSA 🔗📈 Helen Boden #training #neurodiversity #accesstowork #qualifications #nwnassessors
