Job Description: 1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process. Responsible for on boarding, induction program, placement of candidate, as well as exit procedures. 3. Candidate should have clear understanding of Engineering organization structure. 4. Candidate should have working experience in performance measurement system (PMS) implementation. 7. Responsible for employee grievances handling & report to Plant Head. 8.
