Our long-time partner The Bay Club Company, a Sports and Active Lifestyle leader operating high-end clubs in California, has spent the summer hosting college interns from across the country to provide exposure to best-in-class leaders, and professional development across sports teams, ski companies, the #hospitality industry, luxury club operators and more. The group has traveled across the Pacific Northwest and California engaging in immersions at leading companies and discussions with senior executives. As sought-after experts in all things people and leadership, The Elliot Group led a session last week with these young adults. We covered ways to proactively build in-demand #leadership skills and what top companies desire from top talent. We are always honored and excited to share our #humancapital expertise – especially with a new and engaged generation. Sarah Lockyer walked the group through the newly defined six traits of next-level leadership and Brian Schwartz discussed real-world case studies showcasing key competencies of professionals today. The Q&A was lively, and it looks like this group of young leaders is ready to go!
