When Halan, a fintech company, launched their financial app in Egypt, they wanted their brand name to be top of mind in the country. Our strategic way in was around the fact that the name “Halan” in Arabic means “immediately.” And thus was born the hilarious "Immediately" campaign which hammered home the brand name and the product offering. BBDO Singapore and TAFEP Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices encourage Singapore to 'Update Our Mindset' to End Workplace Discrimination. The "Update Our Mindset" campaign challenges workplace and societal discrimination by highlighting various forms of bias through a content film. It emphasizes the need to change our mindsets to improve morale and productivity. The campaign encourages addressing biases and recognizing individual merits. Building on the earlier "Know It to End It" campaign, this initiative uses the familiar 'update' icon to symbolize the need for mindset change, appearing in brand films, social media, lift lobbies, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
