Up next on our International board introductions we are honored to introduce you to our Sh'lichim (Vice Presidents of Jewish Enrichment), Logan Reich from Eastern Region and Ari Weisman from North Texas Oklahoma Region. This year, they will support their counterparts by creating spaces where every Jewish teen feels at home in our Movement, regardless of their Jewish identity. Their goal is to discover and create new ways to make Jewish traditions and practices feel important and relevant for the rest of our lives. Additionally, they will be working to enhance Israel education across our Movement by educating every Aleph and BBG about Israel, with the ultimate goal of helping them develop their own specific and individual connection to our homeland. We're back highlighting some of our staff who brought that extra smile and effort on our summer programs this past week.☀️ Adam Savic—Adam is continually demonstrating and role modeling staff behavior while managing his responsibilities as a Madrich. Adam’s hard work, and energetic attitude have really provided strength to our community.   Justin Diamond—Justin is an incredible role model to the Alephs in his chapter. From the very first day Justin created a culture of brotherhood and friendship. The Alephs look up to Justin and seek out his opinion and guidance with conversations outside of the mock chapter. Justin has a unique way of balancing the serious with the fun allowing the boys of his chapter to have the best CLTC role model.    Shelly Trak—Shelly has been amazing as our on-site Health Coordinator for Stand Up Adventure Costa Rica. We had a teen with a serve medical condition that needed support and Shelly beautifully balanced the needs of the individual teen with the larger trip/bus/staff dynamic. She was a tremendous resource for the parents and worked with them to determine a care plan and next steps. With so many moving pieces happening on a trip in often hard to reach areas, we are so lucky to have Shelly taking care of our teens! We’re excited to introduce you to our 100th Grand Board of the Aleph Zadik Aleph and 80th International Board of the B’nai B’rith Girls, the 12 teens leading the BBYO Movement this year. Up first are our Gizborim (Treasurers), Joaquin Salamon from BBYO Uruguay and Alexandra Greenberg from Rocky Mountain Region. This year, they will support their counterparts by creating new tools and resources to make fundraising and philanthropy events highlights on every calendar throughout the Order. They are ready to energize the Movement around the International Service Fund (ISF), helping members understand its importance and how to fundraise for it. Additionally, they will promote and manage our Gamechanger Innovation Grants, elevating local experiences through strategic fund allocations to strengthen our Movement. We've been evolving our summer leadership programs in response to a troubling surge in antisemitism impacting Jewish teens. To address these challenges, our summer programs now focus on educating teens about Israel and antisemitism, preparing them to confidently discuss and debate their views. We had an amazing staff training last weekend for our Passport staff! The energy and enthusiasm were incredible, and we’re ready for a fantastic summer of travels with our awesome teen participants and dedicated staff! 🌟 We're looking forward to #BBYOsummer2024 and all the adventures ahead! ✈️🌎✨

Your 100th Grand Board of the Aleph Zadik Aleph and 80th International Board of the B'nai B'rith Girls gathered this past weekend for the first retreat of their term. This power-packed retreat was only the beginning - shaping a year of impactful change, community enrichment, and memorable experiences. Stay tuned for updates on the innovative programs and initiatives they will be rolling out.

As we get ready to welcome our first group of teens to CLTC 1 next week, our stellar madrichim and staff team have been preparing camp, participating in training, and bonding in preparation for the kickoff of #BBYOsummer2024. We're so excited to embark on this journey of leadership and personal growth together.
