Gallium, a critical metal essential for #semiconductors, #defense, and #renewableenergy, is currently 98% sourced from China. With the USA, UK, EU, and Australia recognising its strategic importance, the push for a more balanced supply chain is accelerating. Terrain Minerals LTD (ASX: #TMX) is at the forefront of exploring for Australia’s critical mineral supply chain. Our Western Australian projects are strategically positioned to deliver the resources essential for both #nationalsecurity and a #sustainable future. Our high-grade Gallium Clay project in WA has the potential to supply the exponential growth of technologies like generative #AI, which rely on advanced #semiconductors. Best Practices @ GLOBAL CEO Magazine… Those are simple yet important points to practice when we are working with a diversified , educated and dynamic team. Dos: 1. Coach the team:- Guide team members towards their goals by providing constructive feedback, encouragement, and support to foster personal and professional growth. 2. Speak last:- Allow others to express their opinions first, ensuring diverse viewpoints are heard, which fosters a collaborative environment and informed decision-making. 3. Keep the door open for everyone:- Maintain an open-door policy to encourage transparency, accessibility, and open communication, promoting trust and inclusivity within the team. 4. Visit the market and plant frequently:- Regularly engage with field operations to understand ground realities, gather firsthand insights, and build strong relationships with operational staff. 5. Frequently communicate the vision to all levels:- Consistently share the organization's vision with all employees to align efforts, inspire commitment, and maintain a unified direction. Don'ts: 1. Use authority before demonstrating leadership (Autocracy):- Avoid relying on positional power; instead, lead by example and earn respect through actions, fostering a more cooperative and motivated team. 2. Hide the reality:- Be transparent and honest about challenges and setbacks to build trust and enable effective problem-solving within the team. 3. Ad hominem:- Avoid personal attacks and focus on addressing the issues at hand, maintaining professionalism and respect in all communications. 4. Practice Ethical egoism:- Do not prioritize personal interests over ethical considerations; make decisions that are fair, just, and in the best interest of all stakeholders. 5. Fall victim to the halo effect:- Avoid letting a single positive attribute influence overall judgment of a person; assess performance and capabilities objectively and comprehensively.

With a spread of nearly $6,000/day, the Panamax (82k dwt) 5 TC premium to the Supramax (58k dwt) 10 TC was the widest since July 2021 on 18 March 2024. In fact, Panamax earnings have stood at a positive spread in all but eight days in the year-to-date. The strength of Panamax earnings vs Supramax earnings can be attributed to three key factors including support from firm Capesize earnings, the robust East Coast South American grain season and resilient Chinese coal import demand. FeV prices drag ON APRIL 3, 2024 BY ALICE AGOOS The steady decline in Chinese FeV prices is having an impact in Europe where prices have dropped below $27 to $26.50 per kg compared to $27-28. US spot FeV prices are difficult to determine given the lack of nearby transactions. Reports of a 5-ton sale at $13 per lb and a truck at $13.45 could not be verified. In fact, no one contacted by intherightvein.com had seen a spot inquiry. The last US FeV business was concluded at $12.75.
