Being the middle person who manages this process allows me to constantly learn about different countries, laws, cultural expectations and generally be a part of bringing 2 different cultures together to work with understanding of the country laws and expectations. "What's the most rewarding part of your job? What drives you to give your best every day?" The best part of my job is sending the email to say to the employee "You are officially hired" and to the client that says the process for onboarding is now over and the employee will be starting on X day. Knowing that I have helped someone have legal employment across the world is very rewarding and makes me feel like I have made a difference.
