The Pre-Commissioning activities should be completed prior to the achievement of the Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC). The Commissioning activity consists of checking and testing all functions according to their design parameters in conditions as close as possible to the design conditions, and the performance tests on mechanical equipment and piping system as well as control systems operability and functionality.
