Honestly had to agree with this kind of concept. One thing most supermarkets had to understand is that when you want merchandisers or even your staff to replenish the stocks, it is a whole lot tedious to take all out and replenish the new stocks. Seen the best that you can have is in 7-11. Chiller FIFO.
