Today I'm sharing another question asked on our recent LinkedIn Live about Wellbeing Done Well, where I chatted to Rosie Brown from COOK. Thanks to Jim for asking "Do you think that Cook being a family run business gives you an advantage on the well-being agenda?" Rosie's answer was an unequivocal 'yes'. She emphasised the importance of ownership and not seeing people as a number or a cost. In Cook, the owners are values-aligned and have that familial mindset which pay forward throughout the organisation. She says it's harder to advance the wellbeing agenda in businesses solely driven by financial performance indicators, but not impossible.
